Q: How much do you charge for service?
A: Our fees are based on the size, condition of your home and on frequency of appointments.
Q: How many people will clean my home?
A: Generally, we send a team of 2 people.
Q: Do you guarantee your arrival times?
A: Unfortunately we can’t guarantee our arrival times, Normally, we have units cleaned by 3 pm.
Q: How do I pay for services?
A: Payments are always due within 10 days of service. Our office will email or mail you a bill.
Q: Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
A: We provide all the equipment and products we need. Our company also provides special cleaning products for your stainless steel appliances, hardwood/laminate/stone floors, granite/marble/stone counters and more… at no additional charge.
Q: What kind of cleaning products do you use?
A: We only use cleaning supplies for households. No commercial chemicals are used. All bathroom and many other cleaners are thoroughly rinsed off.
Q: Do you work on weekends?
A: Yes we work on Saturday and Sunday. However, many weekends are already reserved and you will need an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact us for details.
Q: Do you work on evenings?
A: Yes, but a higher premium may be charged.
Q: Do I have to be at home when you clean my house?
A: It’s completely up to you. Many of our customers prefer to come back when their houses are already cleaned. Also, many of our clients work and they can’t be there every time we clean. If you have any special needs, please let us know or your can always leave a note with your check.
Q: I need to cancel service/ change my appointment.
A: We require 48 hours notice of cancellation of service.
Q: Are your cleaning staff trustworthy?
A: All staff has had a background check and bonded. Clean Team is property and liability insured.
